Quick Tips

Public Speaking Success Tips

Master these fundamentals to deliver a powerful, memorable speech.

01
Know Your Evidence
Back every claim with credible data. Know your sources, understand the statistics, and be ready to explain the evidence behind your arguments.
02
Connect Emotionally
Use real stories and human experiences alongside data. Emotional connections make facts memorable and motivate action in your audience.
03
Structure Clearly
Strong opening, clear body with 2–3 main points, and a powerful call to action. In 1–2 minutes, every word counts — be precise.
04
Master Your Delivery
Practise until it flows naturally. Use varied pace and tone. Pause for emphasis. Maintain eye contact with the camera — speak to your audience.
05
Video Production
Ensure good lighting, clear audio, and a clean background. Dress professionally. Test your recording setup before your final submission take.
06
Review & Refine
Watch yourself back. Share a draft with a mentor. Time your speech carefully. Make refinements until you are confident in every word.
